If, however, you want to start a human + cow animation, you start with the same process, but then you select only one Sim, the one you want to have sex with the animal. If you want to start a human x dog animation, you shift+click your Sim, go to Devious Desires -> Start Sexy Time -> Have Sex, then select two Sims, the human and the dog. That's how the game handles them, I can't change that.
